📦 Shipping & Returns Information

⏱️ Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been fully cleared in our business bank account.
We do not ship based on proof of payment – shipping takes place only after funds are received.

🚚 Delivery Times

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom – 14–21 business days
  • 🇪🇺 European Union – 5–10 business days
  • 🌏 Asia, Australia, South America – approx. 45 business days

Delivery times may be longer during holidays or due to unforeseen delays.

📦 Packaging & Protection

  • Each shipment is packed in two strong boxes with protective fillers (paper, bubble wrap, air cushions).
  • Typical parcel size: 60 × 40 × 50 cm; weight: 7–9 kg.
  • Each shipment is insured for the full value of the goods.

Thanks to our robust packing, shipping damage is extremely rare.

All shipments are insured for their full value, protecting you against loss, theft, or damage during transport.

📮 Receiving Your Order

  • Delivery is made exclusively by courier.
  • Packages can only be received directly from the courier.
  • ❌ No personal collection (goods cannot be picked up in London).

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to: Russia or Ukraine.

🔄 Returns & Claims

  • You have 14 days to return goods without giving a reason.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers shipping costs (both ways).
  • If the issue is our responsibility, we cover the costs and arrange a courier pickup free of charge.

📩 Payment Confirmation

Once payment is credited to our account, you will receive an email confirmation and an update on your order status. The goods will then be shipped according to our Shipping Terms.

❌ Failure to Pay

If payment is not received within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and relist the goods for sale.
