Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after full payment has been received and cleared in our business bank account. Please note that we do not ship products based on a proof of payment – shipping occurs only after funds are fully cleared.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
United Kingdom: Delivery typically takes between 14 to 21 business days.
European Union: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Asia, Australia, South America: Delivery may take approximately 45 business days.

Packaging and Shipment Protection
Each shipment is carefully packed in two large boxes with filler materials such as paper, bubble wrap, or air cushions to minimize the risk of damage during transport. Typical package dimensions are 60x40x50 cm, and the weight is approximately 7-9 kg. Our robust packaging methods have nearly eliminated the occurrence of damage during shipping. Additionally, every package is insured for the full value of the goods.
Shipment Insurance
All shipments are insured for the full value of the goods, providing protection in case of damage or theft during transport.
Receiving the Shipment
Shipments are delivered exclusively by courier, and the package can only be received directly from the courier. Personal collection is not possible – we operate exclusively as an online store, and goods cannot be picked up personally in London.
Shipping Exclusions
Please note that we do not ship to Russia or Ukraine.
Returns and Claims
You have 14 days to return the goods without providing a reason. In this case, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for both sending and returning the item. If the issue is our fault, we will cover the shipping costs. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the package at no cost to you.

Currencies
On our store website, you can choose from three available currencies: GBP (British Pound), EUR (Euro), and PLN (Polish Zloty). Transactions will be processed in the selected currency. Please ensure that the chosen currency is compatible with your payment method before proceeding with the payment.
Payment Conditions
The full amount for the purchased goods must be paid within 3 business days of placing the order.
Please note that we do not ship goods based on a payment proof. The goods will only be shipped once the funds are fully cleared in our business account.
We do not accept partial payments from different bank accounts. The entire amount must be paid from a single bank account.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, our business bank account number will be provided to you after completing the purchase process.
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is credited to our account, you will receive a payment confirmation and an update on the status of your order. The goods will be shipped according to the shipping terms outlined in a separate section.
Failure to Make Payment
If payment is not made within 3 business days of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the goods for sale.
